Have you ever seen people who can eat anything and in any amount while remaining slim and healthy? This is what I call good metabolism. This is the way it should be. Morevoer, these people can do without any physical exercise. Their organism burns all the calories by itself.
Let us imagine that we have two campfires. One burns very well, and the other just smolders. If we throw a bunch of wet wood on each of the fires, which of them will burn quicker? The answer is obvious – of course, the bunch in the first fire.
So why do some people have to live with excessive weight, while others enjoy themselves and eat anything they want? At birth, every child has a strong potential and everything that is most necessary for being healthy and strong. But people grow up in different families with various food habits. It is this food that destroys the well-arranged metabolism at an early age. The quality, quantity and time of meals are all of crucial importance. The organism is most vulnerable in childhood, when it is not yet fully developed.
There are two main reasons why our organism starts accumulating fat.
1. Overeating. No matter how trivial and simple this sounds, this is what eventually upsets all the l metabolic processes in the organism. The problem is that we eat much more than we need to sustain life. For example, a person needs 2000 calories a day. But this person eats 3500 calories a day. Where do you think the excess 1500 go? If the metabolism is good, these extra calories will not turn into fat. They will be processed into glycogen which will go to muscles and to the liver. But this cannot continue forever. One person needs 5-10 years of such constant overeating to completely destroy his or her metabolism, while 5-10 months will be enough for someone else.
2. The second reason is as important as the first. This is eating after 7 p.m. I shall explain now why food eaten after 7 p.m. is poison. The human organism functions in accordance with the biological clock. We are awake during the day, sleep at night and cannot influence these internal biorhythms – this is how human body works. In the morning, when we wake up, our organism “understands” that it needs energy which will be used during the day. You will go somewhere, do something, think and so on. Calories which you eat in the morning are needed for all this. Therefore, the stomach and endocrine glands are maximally active in the morning. All necessary enzymes are secreted into the stomach, and the hydrochloric acid concentration in the morning reaches 0.6%. The quantity of enzymes and the acid concentration are sufficient to digest the food one has eaten properly and completely. However, by the evening, our biological clock slows down, and the organism transition to the recovery phase (preparation for sleep). The speed of secretion of enzymes by the stomach slows down during the day and completely stops by the end of the day (about 7 p.m.), and the hydrochloric acid concentration goes down to 0.2%. But what do we do in the evening? We have a nice solid meal and wash it down with some beverage, thus diluting the already low concentration of gastric juice. What happens to the food we have “requested” for the night? It is practically not digested until the morning! It is decomposed in the stomach by microorganisms, resulting in the formation of poisonous endotoxins. Remember how many times in your life you ate late in the evening? Something tells me that it happened many, many times. The result is a disturbed metabolism.
In addition to this, let me tell you about the most harmful 3 products one must forget about forever.
1. Refined sugar. 
All sweets which are sold in shops contain excessive quantities of this sugar. Candies, chocolates, cookies, carbonated drinks, yogurts, juices, etc. Fruits and honey DO NOT contain it. In order to be digested, refined sugar “withdraws“calcium, vitamin B and a dozen other very important minerals from the organism. This results in an imbalance of all microelements in the organism. The more sugar, the higher the imbalance of microelements you experience, and excessive weight is just a small part of what can occur. The disturbed metabolism makes digestion of vitamins impossible, and hence, all further food consumption follows a bad scenario.
2. Fatty food.
Meat, sausages, confectionery, mayonnaise, chips, etc. Fats present in these products are as dangerous as refined sugar. Consumption of such food results in production of harmful prostaglandins and hormones which upset the metabolism. This does not mean that you should give up fats entirely. Their shortage may cause serious cardiovascular and cerebral diseases. The most useful and necessary fats are omega-3 and omega-6. Seafood is very rich is these fats, and they are also present in: walnuts, olive oil, broccoli, and in all green vegetables. Choose whatever you like and make sure to eat these products 2-3 times a week.
3. Beer.
The carbohydrates contained in beer are quickly deposited on the belly, arms, and hips. Beside, like any alcohol, beer stimulates one’s appetite. Therefore, one ends up eating much more than is actually needed. Consumption of beer upsets the metabolism and causes changes in digestive processes.
The truth about fat-burning tablets and additives.
I shall not delve into complicated chemical formulae and prove why all fat-burning products, without exception, give only a temporary effect. You will understand the whole thing without that. Let us imagine for a moment that all those tens of millions of women with excessive kilos have gotten rid of them. Imagine that they have all become slim and beautiful. What will happen? The market of weight-loss products will collapse immediately. All corporations which produce such products will incur multi-billion losses and go bankrupt. Will they tolerate it? NEVER. It is a matter of profit for them that we ALWAYS stay with our problems, that we always keep our excess pounds. Only in this case will they be able to sell the ever-newer and more useless fat-burning drugs. The only person who is really interested in making your metabolism burn like a big fire is yourself. Only your own organism, with good metabolism, is able to burn all the fat that you have now, and prevent accumulation of new fat.
