During my long work career, I have seen hundreds of women who wanted to make themselves more beautiful. Some of them had rolls of fat on their bellies. Others had all their fat deposited on their buttocks and hips. Many women did not have a waist at all, but had a big round belly instead. And some just wanted to become 1-2 sizes smaller to fit into their favorite dress or jeans. All of them had different reasons, but they all had one thing in common – a slow metabolism. In other words, if you have some problems with weight, if fat starts depositing in various parts of your body, this means that your metabolism is slowing down. And if this goes on in the same way, then your weight will only grow with time. Studies of adipocytes confirm the further formation of fat cells from mesenchymal cells.

This is how a normal cell turns into a fat cell when the metabolism slows down.

No woman wants to carry extra pounds of fat on her body. And when they appear, this is a sign of imbalance in the organism. This is when the war against fat starts: endless diets, multi-hour workouts in the gym 3-4 times a week. Of course, this produces a result, but, unfortunately, it is only temporary. After a while, all the weight shed returns. Why? Because we fight against the EFFECT, not the CAUSE. I have seen many women who spent years practicing in gyms with expensive personal trainers, who took food supplements, and they achieved a result after all… but it was temporary. For a while, they turned heads on beaches, and then gained weight back again.

But if you have reached this point and are still reading, then I shall try to explain the difference between the CAUSE and the EFFECT.
Imagine that you are traveling by car and have a flat tire, but you do not have a spare. You take out a pump, inflate the tire and continue your way. You have a flat tire again, you stop, take out the pump, and inflate the tire again. And this happens many, many times. Instead of ONCE repairing a hole in the tire, you inflate it an umpteen number of times. Stupid, isn’t it? But the vast majority of women do just this – they inflate and inflate the tire instead of repairing it once. The CAUSE is the hole in the tire, and the EFFECT is its repeated inflating, loss of time and efforts.
I have seen dozens of books and e-books, each 300-400 pages long, with catchy titles like “Big fat lie,” “How to get rid of fat for 30 days,” “How to burn 1 pound of fat a day,” “Eat and lose weight,” etc. All these books promised to provide comprehensive knowledge about fat and about losing weight quickly and easily. But this is just another case of “inflating tires.” What is the use of having amazing knowledge about the number and kinds of methods you can use to inflate a flat tire?
Let us project this example on our organism. How do you “repair a hole” in the metabolism to make it work considerably better?
There are three commonplace products sold in any supermarket. If you eat them 3 or more times a week, then your fat cells will decrease in size, and the metabolism will become faster. What are these products?
1. Grapefruit

Studies have proven that eating a half a grapefruit daily for 12 weeks can stop formation of fat cells. How does this happen? The grapefruit, with its unique chemical properties and great amount of vitamin C decreases your insulin level, and this contributes to weight loss. In addition, grapefruit actively burns fats in the organism. The high content of the flavonoid called naringin in this citrus exerts a powerful choleretic action, resulting in splitting of fats consumed with food. But one has to eat grapefruit together with its inner bitter partitions, because only they contain fat burning substances.
2. Ginger

Ginger improves stomach secretions, thus improving digestion and accelerating metabolism. The high content of essential oils in ginger enhances burning of fat cells. Consumption of ginger makes one’s skin young and beautiful. Ginger root can be brewed like tea, and the minced root can be added to vegetable salads.
3. Oolong tea

This tea contains catechins which can make our fat-burning fire stronger by 17%. Drink a cup of green tea instead of coffee in the morning – it activates your metabolism. Add some drops of lemon juice into it, instead of milk or sugar – by doing so, you will get even more catechins from tea.
It is very important to use all three products. This does not mean that you have to eat them simultaneously. Not at all. But all three must be eaten during the day. This produces a tremendous effect. However, there are a number of products which dramatically slow down metabolism and bring consumption of the three wizards to naught. This is the same as pouring a bucket of water on a campfire and then trying to kindle it by just adding some wood.
